Webster House

Webster House is a beautiful wedding venue. The food was outstanding and the service was friendly and professional. The pastry chef made a cake from our picture that was exactly what we wanted and actually tasted delicious! The space was large enough for our 150 guests but had a wonderful, intimate feeling for the ceremony. Every detail was perfect, thanks to the outstanding events coordinator, Kathy Done. I can't recommend Webster House highly enough!

I could not have asked for a better reception. Everything was perfect-- Kathy is a rockstar in our book. She took care of the littlest details and was so kind and helpful to make sure we stayed within our budget. The food was AMAZING, and their pastry chef did our cake as well, which was DIVINE. Webster House felt intimate, romantic and special.. even though we had nearly 200 guests! Everything was perfect and I could not have asked for more. They made sure we had an unforgettable day. I would highly recommend Webster House for your reception (or Rehearsal Dinner)!

The Webster House is beautiful. On the day of the event, they were very helpful to my family and guests. They worked with my florist to bring in antique vases from the Webster House's antique store into the event space which accented the decor perfectly. The food exceeded my expectations. The little extras--making sure the bride's room had drinks while I was getting ready, bringing hors d'oeuvres down for the bride & groom to enjoy while my gown was being bustled and we were having a few minutes alone after the ceremony, arranging for there to be "doggie bags" in the limo for us to snack on when we got back to the hotel, packaging the top layer of our cake for us--made the day very comfortable. And the cake perfectly captured my vision and was delicious. Only drawbacks--sometimes a couple of days pass before messages are returned--but that got more prompt closer to the event; and the very nature of the Webster House (restored historic building) made some things less flexible (DJs, piano location, etc). All in all---the Webster House allowed me to have my dream wedding, they can help you have yours too!

Unique, gourmet, classy, beautiful, breathtaking, unforgettable. If you would like any of these words to describe your reception, then Webster House is the venue for you. Kathy made sure that every detail of the evening was exactly the way I wanted it. The facility is gorgeous and truly one-of-a-kind. The food and service are in a league of their own. Webster House is truly an amazing place and I will treasure the memories of my wedding reception held there, forever.

The location for the ceremony was beautiful, and the reception meal was divine (though the chef forget the bread--despite our expressly requesting it). Everyone raved about the food, which was delicious. The only problem with the location was that the venue is not very large. So, the ceremony was held in one room, which then had to be vacated and converted into dining space. It was chaotic rearranging the space, and the layout got mixed up. In the meantime, we had a cocktail reception in the bar. To be fair, our wedding was one of the earliest weddings at this restaurant, and they probably have improved their planning since then.
