Waters True Value Party Supply

I rented my chairs and some tablecloths from them, and was very happy with the service. Even when we changed our minds last minute about the number of chairs and added items, they were flexible and helpful. They dropped off and pickup on time as promised, can't ask for a better rental service! :)

I bought table clothes from Waters True Value Party Supply for my wedding! I hit a sale when I purchased them , so I was able to aquire half the table cloths I needed for my reception for less than half of what they would cost to rent, which was a great deal!I did expect the store to be set up to look nicer than it did. The inside looks a hardware store that they set wedding items out in (Which I believe is exactly what they did). Not what I expected at all when going to a store to get items for my wedding!

These guys worked so hard and kept a smile on their faces during the entire set up. They worked around our schedule and everything went perfectly!

We were very disappointment in their service. My inital rental contract had been done through Atwood Rentals to which Waters bought out about a month before my wedding. I received a call 3 weeks before my wedding saying that Atwood rental had been bought out and Waters was honoring the contract and their would be no problems. I went in a week before the wedding to double check everything. Scott told me everything would be fine and there wouldn't be any problems. They told me I could pick everything up on Friday anytime after 7:30am. Friday before the wedding we went to pick everything up and nothing is ready. Table clothes were still in the dryer. Come to find out they didn't care the same the skirting sizes as Atwood rental and I had to recalculate all my skirting. So I did and grab a couple extra in case I didn't calculate right. Finally 2 hours later we had back to the reception location. ALL the table clothes were wrinkled (not just a little either) which means they would have to be pressed with an industralized press. All the local dry cleaners was 7 days to do this. Plus all the white table clothes were yellow, cream, some had stains on them, some weren't true rounds and had been sewn on. None of the rectangle table clothes were the same size. And they shorted me 3 hurricane globes so I had to make another trip out there. We refused to pay until we were able to take to the manager who had told me everything would be fine. After all this trouble the manager told us he would take 25% off our rental. After the wedding we returned everything on Sunday. They called to tell me that I had shorted them 3 hurricane globes. This compnay caused a lot more stress than should have ever happen and hope this doesn't happen to anybody else.
