We could not have been happier with our wedding reception! Everyone at the Sheraton was excellent to work with. Our food was a huge hit! Our reception was in the ballroom on the lower level, and we had a cocktail hour in the foyer beforehand. The staff did an excellent job with the buffet, passed hors d'oerves, cake and room set-up.

Bree Atkins was a dream to work with! She made the whole experience easy! Our wedding reception was in the upstairs Cottonwood Ballroom and it was beautiful! Everyone who attended has been talking about it. They say it was the best reception they have ever been too! Thank you for making our special day something we will cherish forever! Thank you Bree for all of your help!Melissa and James Price

Kelly was incredibly fun and easy to work with at the Sheraton, she made sure everything went smoothly the night of our wedding. She was there for every question we had along the way, and then she was there until late in the evening of our wedding to make sure things moved along smoothly- what a fun night!

The Sheraton was a beautiful location for our reception. We absolutely loved it. The food was amazing and we have not stopped receiving compliments about it. The look and feel of the ballroom at the Sheraton was classic and the hallway was great for our cocktail hour. The pricing is a little more expensive than other locations but the service and quality of the food/drinks was exceptional. It was so great working with Bree and her staff - they made the day perfect.

We had a January wedding, so we wanted to have the ceremony and the reception at the same venue. The Sheraton was perfect because we had a large wedding (400) and there was no wait for a turn over for the room. We had a lot of out of towners so they were thrilled with the hotel accomodations. The staff was extremely professional. They were supportive throughout the process and were very eager to make each step of planning a positive experience. We have received feedback from our guests that the food was among the most delicious they had had at a wedding. To prepare fresh hot food for a large crowd is a challenge which the Sheraton and their outstanding chef met with the presentation of a wonderful meal from appetizers through desserts.

A little on the pricy side, but my husband and I were sold the moment we saw the reception site. However, for everything that is included in your price, it is amazing. The food was great, the service was fairly good as well. Bree was a great person to work with and she made sure we were happy with everything! Would definitely recommend to everyone!

I loved working with the team at the Sheraton. They were always available and very helpful in planning our wedding reception.Bree Atkins is amazing. Bree and I hit it off at our first meeting and ultimately we told her that we only wanted to work with her. She thought of everything and helped make our visions come true. Because I trusted Bree and knew I could count on her I believe I had a more stress-free day that many brides get to encounter. I knew I had nothing to worry about!!I would recommend the Sheraton and Bree Atkins to anbody looking to have an amazing wedding reception that people will be talking about for years to come!

We were incredibly pleased with the service we received from Bree and from the other staff at the Sheraton. The facility was beautiful and we have received endless compliments on the meal from the reception - the food was outstanding. We were a little disappointed when not all of the appetizers we ordered were offered at the reception, and the staff forgot to put out any beverages besides water for the first 45 minutes. This was rectified eventually, but it seemed to take an incredibly long time to bring out some cans of pop on ice when we had ordered a fountain to be availble for soft drinks. All in all, it was a wonderful evening though and everyone had a great time.

We were limited on places to have our reception due to the size of our wedding, but overall we were glad we chose the Sheraton OP Hotel. I liked that everything was included in packages; food, bar, tables, linens, dance floor. We didn't have to worry about hiring outside vendors. The food was amazing! We chose plated dinners and it did not take very long for everyone to receive their food. Also, I remember our reception was supposed to end at midnight, but everyone was still dancing, so our DJ (Kansas City DJ) played a little longer and there was no additional charge for going over. I think we had to have everything out by 2am. One thing I will note, we didn't have a great experience with the bar/bartendors. We chose the open bar package. They give you one bartender for so many guests. However, as people start to leave the reception, they decrease the number of bartenders (one thing I didn't realize until that night). We started out with three bartenders, but had one by the end of the night. Also, make sure they provide what the say they will provide for the ENTIRE evening. At one point, they ran out of white wine. When I asked them to go get more, the bartendor replied, "I'll have to check with my manager." My dad ended up having to go talk to the manager. It was something he shouldn't have had to do that night. Also, my brother-in-law was denied a drink at the end of the evening, and he wasn't even inebriated.Overall, it was still a gorgeous place for a wedding reception, and Suzanne was really easy to work with.

The Sheraton is a beautiful place to have a reception and the food is tremendous! It is on the pricey side (we spent $60/person for a buffet), but very gourmet! The money spent estimate includes our food and open bar bill for 400 people.
