Ritz Charles

The Ritz Charles was the most flexible venue we found. It was the only place willing to let us have our reception go until 2 am. The food was amazing and our room manager took care of everything. The decorations were set out beautifully. This was definitely the place where we got the most for our money. A very accommodating location! We loved it here.

I selected the Ritz Charles to host my Wedding reception, and I could not have been more pleased with my experience! I worked with Allison, and she was absolutely fantastic! She responded to my many questions very quickly and always with a pleasant attitude. It was a very non-stressful, no-pressure experience, and I walked into the hall on my Wedding Day completely blown away! Everything was setup exactly as I requested -- not one napkin out of place. While I initially selected the Ritz Charles because of their amazing prices, they won me over by their customer service, pleasant attitude, stunning attention to detail, and zero stress process.

We struggled finding a reception venue in our area that would be of reasonable cost but exceptional style. Both my husband and I agreed that we would not go to the Ritz Charles because we had had so many functions there. We were so very wrong! Everything at the reception was absolutely beautiful. The food was delicious and for a reasonable price per person, we were able to get an open bar. The staff is amazing and very flexible! Everyone at the Ritz was a delight to work with! I had tried working with a hotel in the area, and they were completely unresponsive. Please give them a look, you won't regret it.

The Ritz Charles took care of everything for me. They offered decorations, or I could bring my own, and they set up everything. The staff was absolutely amazing! They were so friendly, and offered to get us anything we asked for. I have gotten so many comments from family and friends saying that this was the most beautiful wedding reception they had been to. The food was delicious too! I HIGHLY recommend this venue!

The Ritz Charles was amazing!!!! The food was fantastic. Very good to work with.

They were wonderful in working with us to plan our wedding reception. The only flaw was that they cut up the grooms cake before the wedding cate was gone and my husband didn't get any of his own grooms cake, but that could have been partially our fault for not telling them to not cut it. I would definitely recoment them to people I know.

This is a great place to have a wedding or any event for that matter. They were very attentive and helped with everything. The made my day flow so wonderfully!

Great venue for our wedding. Staff was very professional. My wife booked he wedding a year or so before the actual date, during which, the menu price of the food went up, but we were not charged. The Ritz stood up to their part of the deal. It was definatly my wife's dream wedding.
