When we first went to Men's Wearhouse, we were treated very nicely by Bri. She was patient, and helpful. However, when the guys went to pick up their tuxes, I can't think of one thing that went right. Pants and sleeves were way too short; shirts were too tight; and the professionalism of the staff was horrible! On our wedding day, we had two of the guys' soles fall off of their shoes. Someone drove out new pairs of shoes to our venue, which was nice, but we never should have had to deal with that headache in the first place. I would not recommend using Men's Wearhouse for your wedding, or anything for that matter. We will not be back.

Men's Wearhouse was great to work with - very professional staff in the Lee's Summit location, and it was so convenient to be able to have our best man fitted in another state, but have his tux ready at the Lee's Summit store to pick up! Everything worked smoothly, no problems or complaints, and I highly recommend using Men's Wearhouse for your tux rentals!

We worked with the Men's Wearhouse on Aldean in Olathe, KS. We got all the tuxes there along with the gifts for our male attendants. We had no major issues with any of the tuxes and everything was on time. I was very impressed that when I went in to pick up our attendants gifts that the girl who had worked with us picking out the tuxes recogonized me immediatly and even called me by name! Very professsional!

The tuxes looked great and the manager, Jewel, was very helpful in picking out and coordinating looks. However, we had MANY issues with the final order. We had groomsmen from different cities who got measured at Men's Wearhouse in their respective cities. 3 days before the wedding we had groomsmen calling confused because they had received calls from both our and their Men's Wearhouse to pick up tuxes. In all there were 3 tuxes delivered for most of our wedding party. This was already after I had been into the store twice to correct errors with the order. They had made two "groups" under our name and it ended up a complete mess requiring 4 trips to the store by the end and the groom having to go with each groomsman to make sure he got the right tux. What a mess!

Our experience with them was awful. They caused problem after problem, they lacked communication and didn't seem to care that mistakes had been made.

With a company as big as Men's Warehouse, you'd think they'd have it down better. We won free tuxes at a bridal show, and then had problem after problem. Two stores tried to run our prize package through, one finally got it entered into the computers the way it was supposed to be, but by the time our wedding day came, my husband's father had to pay an extra $150 when his tux was one of the free ones! We didn't have time to sort it out there, but we were really frustrated. The nice thing is that you can order the tuxes in one place and pick them up elsewhere if you're getting married out of town, like we did...

very good with matching up colors and working with us on getting things lined up properly to match my tall groom. My husband looked so handsome all dressed up in his tux. We went back three times to get the tux to fit just right. The staff was polite and helpful with only one person less than polite. :)

Three of our groomsmen received their tux without a tie. Luckily they were able to get the ties the morning of the wedding, but we should never of had to deal with that kind of issue.

All in all they were your basic tux rental establishment. They had more selections than most of the places we looked into and were the only place that had the old-fashioned mourning coats I was looking for. However I was not impressed with the fact that they would not allow you to tyr on the tuxes before paying for them ion full and you could not pick them up until the day before the ceremony which left no room for fixing any issues. I as not happy to find my groom's pants were a completely different color than what I ordered not to mention he didn't match the rest of the wedding party.
