The front of my dress was smeared with what I believe to be tire grease after getting in and out of the limo. I believe this is due to poor cleaning of the limo. When the driver was confronted about this I feel he was very rude and snappy. When I called the main office I was denied reinbursment for 1) The tip since I didn't feel I should have to tip a rude limo driver 2) My dress or its cleaning. He did offer to pay for spot cleaning (which I talked to cleaners and since my dress was so smeared with the black grease I needed it fully cleaned) 3) He also denied reinbursement for the limo...which I felt was deserved since I believe it was the limo that damaged my expensive wedding dress. I am so sad and so disappointed...I feel this ruined my big day
