Helzberg Diamonds - Independence Center

One of the better stores when you are talking about customer service. Staff is friendly, but not pushy. Whenever I stop by, I always ask for Ken Edwards. He knows his product, works to find what YOU want and is just an all around nice person.

My husband and I both got our rings from Helzberg. Not only did they have a great selection but their customer service was amazing. We got my engagement ring wedding band set at the independence location and my husbands band at the location in Lee's Summit. They were both wonderful stores. I would recommend them to anyone!

Large selection of beautiful rings, the staff was very helpful, and kind. Did not take very long to have our rings resized either.

GREAT PRICES! and wonderful service. I actually forgot to send my rings in to get resized and went in panicing a week before the wedding and they ended up getting it fixed just in time for me.

I wish I could remember the sales people who helped me. They actually created a ring that I would like. My then fiancee and I went out and looked at them and then picked which one we liked better. They were very helpful and even when the sizing was incorrect, they fixed the problem without annoyance. They have nice jewlery that is cost effective.

They were actually our 2nd pick but my husband chose them because their service was soo good. We tried another large chain first and they told us a lie about a diamond. My husband knew it was a lie because he is a geologist so we took our service to an honest place.

They were great to work with. I got my engagement ring as well as my wedding band.

I highly recommend this location of Helzberg Diamonds! They worked with my fiancee (now husband) to pick out a diamond ring setting that they replaced with an emerald square cut stone. He knew I didn't want a standard diamond, and I was so delighted that they worked with him to take elements from two different rings to make the beautiful one that I have today. After the engagement, I returned to there to pick out a wedding ring to go with the same style, and they match perfectly. Helzberg also offers free replating service that we have used several times to shine up my jewelry. Overall, we had a great experience with Helzberg!

I went into the store seeking a wedding set to replace the one that was stolen from my house a few months ago. I have been married 16 years and the loss was a great one for me. The clerk, Kayla was very sympathetic to my situation and graciously worked with through my indecisiveness. I had intended to purchase something of similar cost and size as my original wedding set, but I fell in love with a smaller, more simple design that was less expensive than the amount I had originally intended to spend. Kayla was fabulous. She didn't try to hard sell me or steer me into the price range and size she knew I had originally been interested in. Instead, she knew that this ring was the one and she offered me alternative ideas with regard to a jacket to enhance the beauty of the ring I had found. The service was great and the clerk was perfect. She didn't try to rush my decision though her husband was waiting to take her to dinner. I enjoyed my shopping experience immensely.
