Kyle and I contacted Ryan Griswold (owner) less than two weeks before the wedding as we had just fired our other videographer (see other review). We were shocked to find they still had availability, but that was due to the fact that their company staffs more than 1 worker. Ryan was unable to meet us for a consultation, but we met his wife who was very friendly and professional. Ryan was great at answering all of our questions via email in a timely fashion. Their prices were phenomenal considering the length of time he spent at our wedding (1:45pm-10:00pm approximately). They also offered extras such as a highlight video and copies of the DVD at a very fair price. Other vendors charge hundreds of dollars. AND they only required a modest deposit up front, and the final balance was due AFTER the videos were given to us. That instilled a lot of trust in their company! Ryan was very quiet, but friendly. He maintained distance so that we didn’t know he was recording our every move. That made us all feel much more comfortable. We received our finalized wedding DVDs 9 weeks after the wedding -a little longer than expected because they said 1-2 months. Considering the VERY affordable cost though, we were absolutely thrilled with the final product!! Our only suggestions would be for him to update his website and pricing sheet to be a bit more user friendly and professional looking to attract more customers. We also hope that as his business grows, he still maintains modest prices so that all couples can afford beautiful videography, no matter their budget.

I was happy the day of, but now it is 2 months after the wedding and he said I would have the DVD over 2 weeks ago and I still do not have it. I was very happy with the service they provided me. They are young and have lots of new good ideas! I found them on CraigsList.com and searched for videographers under services. They set up a "memory booth' at the wedding where everyone could go give us advice and they edited that and added they to the DVD. They did a great job and they were there all day for the wedding and reception. I was very happy!

I was happy to find this couple. They were so nice and they were also accepting of the things that I wanted to do. I had a Japanese style wedding so it was different from what American weddings are like. They made sure they knew what time to get to the church, what I wanted from them, how I wanted it done, and if they had to change anything they made sure that they asked me first. The photos and video came out beautiful and was well worth the price. If I have anything else that I want done in the future I will definitely be calling them again.
