I special ordered my ring and was told it would take 4 weeks. Almost 6 went by and I called them, only to find out the ring had come in twice already and was completely wrong both times. I ended up having to buy a different ring out of the case becase there was no longer any time to get the correct ring in. The style was the same but the quality of diamonds was NOT what I ordered. I will no longer go back to Fred Meyer or any other jeweler inside of a mall. They're all scheisters and just want to rip you off.
