I think I worked with 3 different consultants because I came back 3 different times. I couldn't settle on a dress. So I'd give it a little time to see how the styles would change and eventually I found my gown. The best part was my fitting. I felt as if a sweet aunt was taking care of me. She was very kind, attentive, and encouraging. I picked out my dress by myself so it was nice to have that extra encouragement.

I got my bridesmaid dresses, my shoes, head piece, and purse from David's Bridal. Overall I am happy with David's Bridal, but I was disappointed with the service that we received when we went in for our appointments. Our consultant was not very attentive, or helpful for that matter. She took our first few dresses to one small dressing room (I had three bridesmaids plus my mom who were trying on dresses) and pretty much left us on our own, walking by after a long period of time asking if we were doing alright but not actually stopping by if we would have needed help. The dress that we decided on was actually ordered from online, which was a little scary with sizing but it had everything that we had liked in our top two dresses in one so we had to go with it, and it was perfect!! All-in-all I would recommend David's Bridal, their website was great and I was able to find everything that I needed from them at affordable prices, I just was not happy with the consultant that we ended up with at this location.

i went to david's bridal for the 99 dollar dress sale for my bridal gown. when i got there they only had a small selection on that. they had maybe 20 gowns on their sale. the majority of those dresses were a size 0 1 and 2. i definately can not fit into those sizes. i was pretty happy with them other than that. my alterations was also done there. the lady i got had me standing there for a really long time and eventually had to go get help to figure out my bustle because of all the pickups in the skirt. my bridesmaid dresses were also purchased there.

Davids Bridal St. Peters Mo did not fully meet my expectations after I purchased my wedding dress. My bridesmaids also purchased their dresses here as well. What threw us for a loop is after ordering the dresses, they were not in by the alteration date yet because we scheduled an appointment they still had us come in. The problem here was there was not dress to alter. After the alterations manager apologized she explained that they are not automated therefore Alterations does not have a computer and tracks everyone manually. They do not check to see if a dress they ordered is in the system for any upcoming appointments. I thought this was the most bizarre type of activity for such a huge company being the provider of dresses for wedding.

I purchased my wedding dress here. My bridesmaids also purchased their dresses here. I had only been to one previous bridal salon (wasn't really going to buy, just to look & dream a little) and then one afternoon one of my bridesmaids and I decided to head to David's Bridal. We didn't have an appointment, but the salon had no problem letting us look around. We wandered the aisles a bit, looking at bridesmaids dresses and looking at wedding dresses. Then I saw a dress I'd seen online on one of the mannequins. On a whim we decided I should try it on since I liked it so much (online & on the mannequin). The sales lady was very understanding and didn't mind that we didn't have an appointment. The dress I tried on was ivory and I was really looking for a white dress. After a little bit of research we found out it came in white and I was sold. I came back the next day with my mother, father, brother & maid of honor. Tried it on again, just to make sure I still loved it. Sure enough, it was the dress. We didn't seem to have any problems with the bridesmaids dresses either. I picked the color (lapis) and the length (long) and told the girls they could pick their own styles. We made an appointment for everyone to go at the same time to try dresses to make sure everything went together. David's had plenty of styles and it didn't seem like anyone had a hard time finding something they liked. They didn't have every size in every color - but we expected that and that makes perfect sense. Ordering was a breeze, pickup was a breeze.

I got my dress here and that was a great exprience. The it came to alterations which was a nightmare! I had 4 seperate dress fittings. And it still wasn't right. They ripped the lace, left holes in the gown, didn't listen to me on how I wanted the bussell. But they did offer to give me $50 off! Big deal! Alterations were horrible. I had to settle on my wedding dress alterations because there was not enough time left to do anything else to fix it. DO NOT GO TO THE BARRY ROAD LOCATION! ITS AWFUL!!

I've heard several different things about Davids Bridal customer service. I didn't plan on buying my dress from them but while I was there trying on different styles I found one that I couldn't pass up. The ladies that were working with me were very nice and helpful. I would use them again.

David's Bridal survived a lot with my bride. They did become flexible with a dress exchange (six months away from wedding). But she had to beg them. They also discontinued a sash for a dress and were misleading about if they could get more.

I would recommend you know and tell the person helping you the price range you can afford. Be sure to go there at least 6 months before you are getting married.

Out of all my vendors, this is the one that I was least pleased with when I was shopping for my wedding dress. The sales lady was completely rude the entire time and made me feel like dirt. My budget was $125, because I was paying for it myself. As soon as she found out I was not going to spend a small fortune on a dress she treated me as if I were a bother. I did go in during the 99 dollar dress sale, so you would think that they would be pleasant when selling you a dress. She informed me that there were only two dresses in the entire store that were my size "and in my price range". (As she rolled her eyes). It did turn out that the first dress I tried on was the one, but the experience itself was not good. I would not encourage anyone to shop at a david's bridal, because of the sales associates attitudes. I did go into several more locations to get various things, such as looking at bridesmaid's dresses, which I did buy somewhere else, and the associates were always the same in the attitudes. I will say this, my dress was $99 and it was beautiful! That part of it I would not have changed for the world.

David's was fine, big variety of dresses.

The sales team at Davids Bridal in St. Peters was fantastic. Except the Lady assigned to me but I always made sure to go in when she was off. They were very helpful in ordering my dress as well as all my accessories. 2 weeks before my wedding they realized that my veil was the wrong color and reordered it no charge. It made it there on time and finished my dress perfectly. I will use them when my daughter gets married.

Great dress, but they were not very helpful at all

I chose David's Bridal for my wedding dress, veil and tiara. As I entered the store, I felt that I was in the middle of a shark feeding frenzy. Brides-to-be were running frantically around the store immediatly making me regret not going to a smaller boutique for my special dress. The dress selection was amazing.. Dresses for all sizes, budgets and tastes. Be aware, the sizes do run small.. So my normal size nine was a size twelve at Davids Bridal. The woman assisting me was not at all concerned with my experience. She hurried me, plain and simple. I will say that I had lost about 15 lbs before my wedding, and I needed to exchange my dress a week before for something smaller.. David's Bridal gave me no problem with doing so. Overall, I would go back because they had such a fabulous selection.

I loved my dress. It came in before the expected date. Everyone in the store was wonderful to work with.

Some items were a little costly to use for only one time.

My best advice is that if you buy your bridesmaids dresses here... order them all at once or they will be different colors!If you order your bridal dress-- insist they order a new one!! They will try to give you a rack one and I think its gross if you consider how many people could have tried it on....

I tried on prob 30 dresses before I found my dress they had such a huge selection. Once I found my dress I kept trying others on but I knew which dress was for me. As for my brides maids they had no proble except my maid of honer she is very tall so finding a dress for her was a little difficult only certain dresses come in extra long but we found several a since she was my maid of honer I was ok with her dress being different in style but it was the same color. As for getting fitted for my dress I wanted to make sure it fit perfectly so after they got done I went back and had a few more things done so it was perfect.

Was not the best experience...felt as though I was in the sale's associate's way; felt as though the company was mostly interested in getting more money from me; and not helping me find the dress for my important day
