Custom Limousine and Trolleys

I would have to say, having the trolley and getting to ride it and drink and have fun with our wedding party, was one of the biggest highlights of our special day. The limo ride for us ladies from the salon was great too, but man, our driver was the coolest and the trolley was fun and everyone had a blast. There was plenty of space and everyone had somewhere to sit. I think we had at least two dozen people on there. Thanks again to our driver. He was awesome.

This company provided me a chauffeur that did not know where he was going. He ended up getting lost and asking us where to go. When I contacted the company with the problem they did nothing to take responsibility for this issue. I would never use them again, not even for a ride to the airport.

I had an easy time communicating prior to the wedding. They were very helpful & responsive. The trolley we rented unfortunately broke down in our driveway and the groomsmen were left to find an alternative way to get to the church, on a day that felt like 100 degrees. They found a replacement that showed up to the church right as we were finishing up. We asked for a refund for the 2.5 hours we did not utilize the trolley. We appreciated the quickness in finding a replacement but the fact it broke down was the cost of doing business and we felt a refund was owed to us. After weeks of ignoring us, they agreed to refund half of the time we did not use the trolley. The handling of our dispute was very unprofessional as it took weeks to get a response.

Awesome! We had sooo much fun on the trolley! Our driver was great and was flexible to all of our planned and last minute requests.

This compnay was GREAT!!!!!!!!!! They did everything that they said and even more. They made our special day even better than it could have been. I would recommend them to everyone that I know!!!

Everything was good the day of the wedding. Affordable and worth the money.

Custom limo failed to inform me that the car I had ordered for my wedding was in the shop and not available. Had I not called to confirm the Thursday prior to my wedding I would have had a different car to pick me up than the one I agree to rent. They also did not follow instructions for the trolley my guests were taking to and from the hotel. I had to call them 4 times during my reception to make sure they were going to pick my guests up. They also failed to inform me that I had to sign something the day of the wedding when they dropped my guests off at the reception...so I had to stop my pictures and sign a slip of paper. I would NOT recommend their service to anyone.

The company that handled our limousine was very responsive. Everything was beautiful and they were on time, which was very important. The driver was very personal and made me feel like a princess on my wedding day.
