I highly recommend that anyone getting married hire a videographer. A video of your wedding day ensures that the music, conversations, interactions, emotions and feelings of your special day are captured. From the beginning of wedding planning, I knew that having a keepsake video was important to me. And now after having watched our video, I believe it is even more important and special than we originally imagined. If you are looking for a videographer, you have to see if Maura is available!! I highly recommend Maura Coleman-Murray with Creative Video. She has a true gift for capturing the emotion and the spirit of a wedding day. She is extremely professional and very quick to respond to emails, phone calls, etc., which is often rare when working with vendors with busy schedules. Maura gives you her undivided attention when working with you and she makes you feel like your the only bride she's working with. On the day of the wedding, Maura's presence is very calming. She is very respectful and quiet when filming, and is not in your face at all. My bridesmaids commented that she just blends right in, which is important so you don't feel like you're being watched. After the wedding festivities end, you wonder what Maura will have caught on film...she catches practically everything! Maura is very perceptive which allows her to capture the moments you will want to see months and years down the road. I was blown away with Maura yet again when she personally dropped off our videos. Her presentation of the wedding videos was perfect. Everything came wrapped up in a white box with a beautiful white bow. And inside was one of the best wedding gifts we received, our videos. Maura runs a class-act business. She is a joy to work with and a truly talented videographer. Maura's prices are so reasonable for the value of her services and her beautiful work. I hope all of you get to work with her in the future.

We absolutely LOVED working with Maura! The videos of the ceremony and reception were amazing - and we love love love the short video that she made... it really captured all of the highlights of the day. I am SO thankful that we chose to work with Maura - I was initially worried that a videographer may seem too distracting during the wedding - but that wasn't the case at all. Maura did such a great job capturing our special day! She caught all of the special moments and pulled everything together beautifully! Maura with Creative Video was wonderful to work with from Day 1. We booked Maura because we could tell from meeting her that she was professional yet laid back and made us feel comfortable, she was passionate about her work and we knew we would not have to worry about a thing and we would get a spectacular video that we would cherish for years! All of this happened and more. Maura filmed our wedding on May 28, 2010 and although I had contacted her several times changing my times/plans around she continued to be very understanding, flexible, and responsive. During our wedding day I knew she was there because I booked her, but hardly ever noticed because she was very behind the scenes and just let everything happen! Our ceremony was in a small chapel and I was worried that she wouldn't have enough space to capture everything, well was I wrong! She easily worked with our arrangements and let me tell you, I am more than thrilled with our final video! I can't put into words how happy we are with our wedding video! The best part is that I didn't even notice the video cameras throughout our wedding day, yet Maura was able to capture everything we hold near and dear. Here is what I sent Maura once we saw our finished product. Hopefully it explains why we LOVE Maura, and why you should have a wedding video:Seriously, I had high expectations because I feel like I have seen ALL of your work on your blog. I am so excited about our wedding video. It is PERFECT in so many ways. You completely exceeded what I thought was even capable. You were able to get every single important person to us (both sides of Dave’s family, my family, the grandparents, etc). My cake was one of our favorite elements, along with the Billy and Beebop table cards and you captured them perfectly. The part before the wedding where Dave shakes Fr. Martin’s hand brings me to tears. I literally feel like I am reliving my wedding day when I watch it. There are so many things that I either missed or forgot about and was able to relive them last night. I might be partial, but this is BY FAR the best wedding video I have ever seen done by you!

It was a perfect creative portrayal of our wedding day.Maura was everything we expected and more! We fell in love with the videos we saw on her website, and knew we wanted to work with her. Meeting her for the first time was enough to seal the deal. Her talent and genuine passion for her work is what makes each video so special. We had a lot of fun working with her and couldn't wait for the finished product! It became the single most important thing we could have done. You miss so much of the day when you're the bride and groom. It allows you see what you may have otherwise missed.

Patrick and I watched the wedding video over the weekend and absolutely LOVE IT! Patrick actually cried when it was over. We had Creative Video film our September 12, 2009 wedding. I was hesitant at first to hire a videographer because we had a photographer and I thought we could have a friend video for us. My mom convinced me that we had to have one so we did it and I am so glad we did.The video is fantastic! We had so much fun watching it. I can't believe how perfect the highlights and outtakes were. We had huge smiles while watching and my stomach was hurting because I was laughing so much. It lets us relive that beautiful day and I have no words for how special that is. It wouldn't have been the same without Maura's creativity. She really captured the essence and joy of the day.

We used Creative Video for our wedding in May 2009. They were one of our favorite vendors to work with. The Creative Video team made sure to make us feel as comfortable as possible. They went above and beyond the requirements for a videographer and helped our wedding day go perfectly. We had a few bumps on that day due to transportation issues, but Creative Video made sure to keep me as calm as possible, even though the problems had nothing to do with them. Looking back I am so glad that I had such supportive people around us on our very special day. We got our wedding DVDs back and they look amazing. Every time my husband and I watch them we are taken back to that day in May. The coverage is wonderful and they were able to capture parts of our wedding that we did not get to see because there was so much going on. Maura produces beautiful work and I loved the vidoes she created for our wedding. I was referred to her by a friend and was so impressed when I watched some of the 'short films' she has produced. She stays on top of the latest technology (which wasn't all that important to me but made a huge difference to my husband). She was flexible with our budget, was very easy to work with, and we love her style and end product. She is a true professional... just watch some of the videos on her site and you will fall in love with her work!
