Complete Music and Video

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY IN MELBOURNE, FL. We have yet to receive the video for the wedding nearly 4 months ago. The franchise owner Will Bryan has refused to return our calls. To this day we don't even know if he is in business ( if he is not, consider yourself lucky!). We finally reversed the VISA charges for the vidographer, but still have not heard back. Two days before the wedding the DJ calls the bride and leaves a message to let her know he lost the list of music on his laptop; she calls him back; he waits until the day before the wedding to contact the bride and still fails to play several of the songs. The DJ did a nice job at the wedding except for delays in the introductions, because he lost the names of the parenets and wedding party. The DJ was supposed to play until 12:30 AM, but supposedly was never told so by Will Bryan. After some jawboning he did play until 12:30, but then demanded in a very unprofessional manner to be paid on the spot for extra half hour! Bottom line - NEVER USE THESE GUYS!

Our DJ was really nice and played the music as requested. He held a moment of silence in remembrance of my father. Our only complaint is that he asked myself and my new husband about his gratuity during our reception in front of one of our guests.

Ted Kurzdorfer from Complete Music & Video was great to work with. He went above and beyond my expectations at my reception. Not only did he make sure the whole night went as smoothly as possible, he actually made sure my parents, in-laws, husband, and I had enough to eat and drink during dinner! My friends and family loved how he kept the wedding upbeat and got the crowd involved. Thanks Ted, for making my reception memorable!
