We were so excited to work with Andre' once again. My family through a surprise birthday party for me last year at the Castle. I've always loved this beautiful place since we've lived here close to 30 years. When my daughter was looking for a venue for her wedding reception we knew exactly where we wanted it to be and everything worked out perfectly. The reception was Oct. 8, 2011. The day was beautiful and the castle was the perfect intimate place for their reception. Thanks to Andre' and our caterer (Diana's kitchen) we had a wonderful evening. I highly recommend this venue for your event.

I had my wedding ceremony and small lunch reception to follow outdoors at the Castle Tea Room. I looked at so many locations and couldn't find a venue I loved, but knew this was the right place when I saw it. Andre and his assistant were great to work with, and were so easy to reach via email (Andre responds right away, which I loved, because I'm very impatient :)). They are very flexible, and this venue is completely affordable. I would highly recommend it; you won't be disappointed!!

We held our rehearsal dinner at the Castle Tea Room. The staff was wonderful to work with and was very flexible. We originally planned to hold the event outside, but when the temps bumped up to 104 degrees the day of our event, moving inside was easy and seamless (despite the last-minute call to request the change, which Andre and the staff managed excellently). We had a great time and would highly recommend the CTR to other couples planning a wedding, rehearsal dinner or event.

I truly couldn't have booked a better venue for my reception. Andre helped to make my husband's and my reception truly magical. His staff was professional, and went above and beyond before and after the event to make the night perfect. I can't even find words to express my gratitude towards Andre. He impressed my mom and I with his quick emails and ability to map out an amazing event!Thanks so much Andre for helping to make my wedding day so wonderful!!!

We had the most beautiful outdoor wedding reception at the Castle! Andre' could not have been any nicer to work with. He made it all come together perfectly, from our candy bar to the D.J to the photo booth ......My daughter and her new husband did not want the night to end. The Castle was definitely everything and more!

The Castle Tea Room is absolutley amazing and beautiful!!!! We fell in love with the castle and just knew that was the place we wanted to have our wedding! We had a wonderful experiece and working with Andre' was great! He is very organized and always on top of things. He makes the whole wedding planning process go very smoothly :) He made sure everything was ready and taken care of before our big day. Also very flexible... We had our ceremony & reception outside and having the castle and all the flowers in the background of our wedding pictures is just amazing!!! We had an EXCELLENT experience and we would recommend The Castle Tea Room to anyone!!!!!!!!

Having the ceremony on the front steps was picture perfect! Reception layout in the courtyard worked out beautifully! The castle is geared toward a more reserved laid back couple.

I couldnt be happier with the service at the Castle Tea Room. My countless of hours of google search really paid off when I headed to Lawrence to meet Andre and the venue!!! The place is beyond gorgeous. I planned my wedding in a 4-week timeframe and everything run smoothly and perfect. Andre helped me with some recommendations and finding the right vendors. If you really want to wow your guests with your next event, I wouldn't look any further. On top of that, the staff is very helpful and friendly, and make everything run stress-free. You wont be dissapointed!Our family and friends loved it! They all commented on how lovely the party was.

I would highly recommend the Castle Tea Room for a reception. Both Andre' and Laura were super professional and easy to work with. They were attentive to our needs and made sure everything ran smoothly. Aside from that, The Castle itself is stunning and unique. All of our guests were extremely impressed with the venue. Overall, our reception was a wonderful experience!

It was a pleasure to work with the Castle Tea Room. Andre Bollaert was the contact person. He listened to our ideas and helped us to accomplish what we wanted. He had lots of suggestions. It also added to our comfort zone that he was on site the evening of our event to make sure things ran smoothly. The Tea Room is a beautiful place and we were so happy with our event.It is hard to rate the cost because once we saw the Tea Room we didn't look any further to compare prices.

We had a wonderful experience working with Andre' at the Castle Tea Room. The wedding was beautiful and everyone was very surprised at how beautiful a venue the Castle Tea Room was. We had both our ceremony and reception outside at the Castle and the patio was transformed into a beautiful spot for our special occasion. Andre' was an absolute pleasure working with. Any questions or concerns we had were delt with immediately and he was always available to meet with us or let us look around the venue. The wedding truly was exactly as we hoped it would be.
