Jordan and Carrie's work is amazing. We did the love story and photo montage for our reception and we were getting compliments on it all night. Truly a unique and one of a kind event for all of our guests. The father's of both the bride and groom complimented their work in their toasts at the reception. An unforgettable experience for all of our guests. Their flexibility to arrange times to record our love story is great. Their personality's are great, and they are a newly married couple and they can relate to any bride and groom. We are so excited to see our wedding video!

My original review of Berry Good was a 5.0 but it is now 12 days until our 1 year anniversary and still no video. In addition, they told us it was "in the mail" 2 months ago. We have not heard from them in almost as long. I have left messages, emails and FB messages with no response. Unfortunately, we are now at the point of contacting an attorney. I thought they rocked! They are not jaded by the wedding business at all and still get excited with ideas and great shots. They are not cheap but I thought 'you get what you pay for'. I found the price reasonable compared to the quality of work others where charging for. Very sweet, fun, creative, and talented couple. We did the Same Day Edit and it was amazing! HOWEVER, they are a young couple who is still figuring out the business side of things. At this point I don't know if they lost our footage, or what other possible reason they have for not returning our calls.

This is a very new couple. They are extremely unprofessional in their customer service AFTER the wedding. Before hand, they seam great and their video quality looks fabulous on the website. I finally got my video 10 months after the wedding. While I do not recommend using them at all- if you do be sure your contract states a time limit!!!! They were rude to us, did not respond to emails, and never kept us up to date on the process. The outdoor video turned out great, they did great with the outdoor wind....and if it weren't for their appalling customer service, I would rate them a 3.5- simply because I also asked them for specific types of video which they did not do even though they verbalized they would. The indoor video was also very pixalated and grainy. I would not go with this vendor, it is such a special day it is not worth the risk.

Jordan and Carrie seemed wonderful when they came to shoot our wedding. Their work looks beautiful online. Unfortunately, it has been over EIGHT MONTHS since our wedding and we have not received ANY of the contracted products. They go months without any responses to our attempts at communication. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I am afraid ...we will have to take action if this situation is not rectified. I am very displeased.

Words cannot express how truly disappointed I am with Berry Good Video. We thought we had found the perfect videographer for our special day. We trusted them. When we got pictures back and realized parts of the ceremony were missed, we were comforted by the fact that it would be on video (for example, my three brothers sang at the wedding along with my dad and we didn't get a picture of them). Unfortunately, it has been 21, TWENTY-ONE, months and we do not have our video. It will be here "soon" is all we've been hearing for the last year and a half. I am done listening to excuses and like the others, it is time to seek additional help in collecting our memories THAT WE HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR. I cannot express how awful it feels to be in this position. I feel cheated. My husband's grandma could not attend our wedding and unfortunately, she was never able to see the ceremony. She passed away last October and we never even got the same day edit on DVD that was promised to us before our actual video would be ready. So, my grandparents can't even see the same day edit because they don't have internet. Please, Please, PLEASE, don't use Berry Good Video. You will only be setting yourself up for more stress than you can imagine beyond the wedding planning. It makes me sick to think of the times during the reception where I told myself, don't worry, you can watch it and catch every word on the video. My brother and his fiance had been impressed with Berry Good Video from the way things went the day of our wedding, but after watching our struggles...they opted to go with another videographer for their August 2012 wedding. I can't believe it, but they have a good chance of getting their wedding video before we do!! I am giving them a 0.1/5 only because we were able to watch our save the date.

They are a great husband and wife team. They did a very nice job with the wedding. It did take awhile to get the video, a little over 4 months. The video has great sound. My only complaint is I wish the hightlight video was longer than one song. Overall though the video is great and they captured all of the important moments of our big day!

From our first phone call I knew that choosing BerryGood Video would be the best decision I would make in planning our wedding. Both Jordan and Carrie were exceptionally easy, fun and amazing to work with, not only on the day of the wedding, but also before and after when discussing ideas and services. It tells you a lot about a company when they are just as nice, responsive and eager to please after the purchase was made as they were earlier in the process. On the day of the wedding Carrie went about the bridal suite and got the shots she needed as well as offering photo ideas to the photographer, which were some of our favorites. They both were professional and low key about their work to the point that I sometimes forgot they were there, which shows you how at ease they put you, however they also stepped up when they thought that it would add to the video. I cannot express how much of a pleasure it was to work with them every step of the way!! When we got our video in the mail, which had a beautiful still shot of us on the front, we watched it with tears streaming down our faces. They completely captured the essence of that day, better than I even remember it. We had high expectations, but they completely surpassed all of them and we have received dozens of comments stating that this is simply the very best wedding video they have ever seen! It truly is the best money we've ever spent and I recommend BerryGood Video to everyone who wants to truly capture your day. Thank you both so much!!!

Where do I begin!! We had not budgeted for a Videographer for our daughter's wedding, but, when she e-mailed me a video of one of her friends that had used Jordan and Carrie for their wedding, we just had to make an exception. We are just thrilled with our video! To be able to relive the wedding anytime we want is just amazing! We have watched it so many times and know it will be an irreplaceable part of our daughter's wedding day. It was the best money we could have spent that day. What a memento!!!!! BerryGood Video went out of their way to make our video simply fantastic. They met with us several times before the wedding to make sure they knew what we wanted. When it was time for the wedding, they showed up early and took video of us getting ready. They were well-dressed and professional the whole time. The end product was AMAZING. High definition video, quality editing and a beautiful presentation made us very happy with their service. Now, we can't imagine having used any other videographer. We simply would not have gotten the kind of product and attention to detail with anyone else. Highly recommended!!

Hands down...hiring BerryGood Video to video my wedding was the best decision I made! Jordan and Carrie were so awesome to work with...they were accommodating, genuine and helpful on my wedding day. I felt like they were truly there to get the best moments on video...and that they did! My wedding video is awesome..and I have received so many nice compliments on it! If you aren't planning to do the Love Story video in advance, I would encourage you to do so! My husband and I were interviewed several weeks before the wedding. That, along with shots they took on that day, were put into a wonderful 10 minute video that we played on our wedding day. Our guests LOVED it! I received the best compliments from them..and one guest even mentioned that, he hadn't met my husband yet, but after that video, he felt as if he knew him! I couldn't have picked two greater people to trust my day with, They made our wedding day even more special because I can re-live it through the video any time I want! Thank you Jordan and Carrie!
