Arrow Party Rentals

We chose this place because it was near the ceremony site, the staff was not super helpful in choosing items and finding what we needed. Majorly overpriced for the looks of items we rented. Thankfully the tables were covered, because they looked awful. The linens were perfect, no complaints there. Delivery was perfect. Overall, I wish I would have went with someone that did all the set up.

We rented an arch and candleabras from Arrow and everything was fine. The candles actually lasted longer than they had originally told us, which was a pleasant surprise, and everything looked great in pictures. No complaints.

I rented over $700 of linens and misc. items for my wedding. When I went to pick them up they were unorganized, and after an hour or so we finally got it all. We had 2 champagne glasses we knew broke, but we returned everything else. They ended up automatically charging my card for another $150 for missing items. We checked everything over 2 times before we took it back, but they did not care. It is so hard to actually call and get someone on the phone.My sister used arrow again for a smaller event recently. She only rented 6 linens and they shorted her 1! She called right away and they said they would take it off. When she went and returned them they said she was short one and charged her for the cost to replace it. She also had to pay to rent it and she never even got it in the first place. They have horrible customer service and THE COUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG. They are out to get every penny they can by lying and stealing. I do not recommed using them ever! I should not have let my sister go there after the first incident, but they just confirmed how horrible they are.
