A Dream Limousine

The service we got from A Dream Limousine was really great. We rented the party bus and it was exactly what I had wanted and was one of the less expensive places to get the entertainment we were looking for for a couple hours. I will, however, warn everyone to read all of your paperwork before your wedding with every vendor. I was under the impression that we were going to pay with the credit card they had on file from when I booked the bus. Our invoice said that we were to pay in cash, though, the day of service. Since I didn't look at that, we were left standing outside our reception pooling together any money we had on us and that of the bridal party...it was embarrassing. And when I asked the driver if gratuity was included and he said no, we had to pool together even more money...come to find out later that gratuity WAS included, so I had to make arrangements to get a refund, which they were more than willing to return to us. And when I asked the day of if they could just charge my card since we alone didn't have the cash, he told me he could only accept cash...one of the managers I spoke with the following week told me that he could have just charged my card at that point since we didn't have the cash on us. But the driver wasn't able to get permission to do this b/c he said his bosses were out of town and couldn't be reached. It was an ordeal I could have done without the day of our wedding, but I will say I should have read the invoice a lot closer. I just think they could improve on their communication with their clients as well as better communication with their drivers. With the money situation aside, I would say we had a good experience with them and would recommend them to a friend looking for a bus service.

They had an amazing fleet of vehicles for us to choose from.The limousine was very clean and had a complementary bar.We arrived at our ceremony and reception on time.

The limousine we rented was a 18 passenger.We had enough room for our parents and friends to come along with us.I'm glad A Dream Limousine took care of all the arrangements because we never ran into trouble.Highly recommend them!

We loved working with A Dream Limousine!They really worked closely with us and kept in touch to make sure all arrangements where set.Their limousine are very nice and it was a pleasure to be transported to the ceremony in such a nicely maintained vehicle.They are definitely a company you can count on.

We booked both a bus and a limousine on two separate occasions.They where always on time and kept good communication with us.A Dream Limousine is definitely the best in Kansas.

A Dream Limousine has some really nice 30 passenger buses that we thought would be nice for our party to use.The prices where very affordable so we ended up renting a few vehicles from them on the same night.They do an amazing job,it was very easy to get on the phone with them and request something.I am really glad we had the opportunity to work with A Dream Limousine.

The hummer was amazing!It was very nicely fixed up for the occasion and we where provided with champagne.

They were on time, and the car was clean, the driver was very well dressed, and polite, and they even were nice to us when we were running late after the ceremony to take us to the Reception hall :) They were very reasonable price wise and I would definitely recommend them to anyone :)
