I consider myself as an artist and my medium is sugar, flour and butter. I am continually inspired by the relationship between food and art and the satisfaction of creating for others. I have always respected and preserved the thought of using the purest of ingredients to deliver the highest quality cake. I believe my passion for wedding cakes and drive to be different is why we are so successful at what we do. I sleep, eat and breathe cakes 24 hours a day. I am so happy that I have an outlet for my artistic expression. We also feel honored to be trusted with such an important and a once in a lifetime task.
